The Kitchen is run by our excellent Head Chef Somjai Sutthaso who has over 25 years of
experience Authentic Thai Cooking. Having worked in 5-star hotels in Thailand, it is evident
that he has a huge amount of ability and capable of working in such pressure, with consistency.

He always aims to work at the best of his ability in every dish he makes; he is deeply passionate
in what he does best and avoids complacency even in times of high performance.

Somjai strives to create the authentic taste of Thailand in all his dishes. Each dish is cooked to
perfection offering the aroma of all the different spices and herbs, beautifully presented on a
dish garnished with Vegetable cravings or fresh Orchid to make one’s mind drift to Thai Land.
